Session must include a warm up and a post workout stretch

Session must include at least 1 alternative exercise I.E.- Bodyweight, Kettlebell, Tire, Log, Bands, Medicine Ball along with reason for incorporating the exercise. 

Goal aligned parameters must be applied to each exercise- Reps, sets, rest times, and tempo.
